“From start to finish our tour guide Darius was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, fun, always answered our questions and lead the tour with pure professionalism. The pick up was from our hotel which was convenient and having driven in an open-top Jeep from the hotel to Tijuca Rain Forest was an absolute delight. Darius was full of facts about the rainforest and Rio itself and it was a delight to be in his presence. If you’re ever in Rio this tour is well worth doing. “I was a little disappointed as I felt the whole tour was rushed. I wanted more time at both locations. At Christ the Redeemer we literally had 30 minutes to get to the statue before getting back to the meeting point. I had to ask if we could visit the souvenir shop there otherwise we would have just left. At sugar Loaf Mountain again felt rushed and not enough time to properly look around. By the time me and my husband had purchased a snack and drink and ate it, it was time to go. Again I wanted more time to view the souvenir shops. I don’t blame our guide…”
